He always seemed like a nice person, hasnt been on for over 3 months. He posted a thing about power steering in a 51 Mercury and I asked questions, at which point he didnt hesitate to crawl all under it and start a new thread for me with pics and info.

Anywho, just hope he is OK!

 

he is alive!,,but hasnt been on the hamb in quite a while,,i read on here that his mom passed away???? he was on myspace yesterday,,i sent him a message letting him know about Boyd and Lil John as i knew he is a big fan of lil john...

Sam F. if you are referring to the news that Lill John passed as presented in this thread, it would appear that news is premature. Or do you perhaps have other information? I hope he's okay (as seems to be reported there).

For that matter I hope Fat Hack is doing well.

I was out with him last night... he aint comming back. he has been up to no good as usual and is fucking around with a motorcycle. I let him know about boyd yesterday but i didnt know lil john was doing shitty again. if yall NEED to contact him let me know i can make it happen...

hacks been around long enough that a little flaming wouldn't run him off. if you think the flaming is bad now you should have been here 4 or 5 years ago. wonder what did happen though, motorcycles maybe? no reason he couldn't join in here every now and then though.

 

I talked with him at the Paso HAMB meet for about twenty minutes last year, he seemed really cool. We were joking about a pic I posted in his old wolverine thread. We need more of the veteran HAMBers back.

Never met him, seen his posts, laughed my ass off at some of his humor, didn't get some of it as well.

I've only been a member for a couple of years but I lurked for many years before that. He's one of a fey guy's who I never could pass one of his threads with out reading it, even if it was about something I wasn't particularly interested in. It's how I learn new things. There are a hand full of guy's here who give this board it's character. I hope we haven't lost one. I'll sign a petition to bring him back.

I was around four or five years ago, as an everyday lurker, anyway. Being as I'm a greasy Ford drag racer, my particular areas of knowledge aren't always H.A.M.B. friendly.

So far as flaming goes, who knows? Everyone's got their own unique patch of thin skin, and upon occasion life makes that patch a helluva lot bigger & dumps salt on it to boot. At any rate I hope he comes back by on occasion.

 

It's cuz he doesn't love me anymore isn't it.

I sent him a PM the other day about an Olds 403 that I was looking at. I don't suppose I really NEED to talk to him, but I sure would LIKE to, as Fat Hack is recognized as an Olds small block expert on the HAMB.
