My 52 Chevy needs a new wheel bearing on the left front and the current rate for one at my local parts store is $110! I was wondering if there is a bearing for another vehicle that is the same but cheaper?

  4. I bought a whole box of old NOS wheel bearings at the flea market for $20 a couple years ago. I sold about $200 of rear wheel bearings I'd never use out of it and there was a whole set that crosses to 49-54 Chevy in it. I have a '50 so I stashed them -

I got 4 nos ND B-52s off a guy here on the hamb years ago for under $20 each. I'm saving them for my trucks....although I've only had one inner bearing go bad in the past 35 years on the old trucks.

  6. ... now if I just knew what to do with these U-joints that seem to be for big International trucks.
