Wheel adapter help needed.

I want to put my S10 Chevy wheels (flat faced, multiple holes, kinda neat, really) on the '65 four lug Mustang rear end. Wondering if anyone has had business with a manufacture that they can recommend?

The four lug Mustang is something like 5X4.5 I think, the Chevy is the common 80's small five lug pattern.

I've tried checking some manufacturer's web sites, but always end up down the rabbit hole surrounded by metric conversions and such.

Any straight forward help would REALLY appreciated !

should be 4 on 4.5 to 5 on 4.75 good luck
