   I need to detail this emblem, the red, white and blue has worn off, what's the best way to go about this and the best paint that will last.. I don't want them to run the first time it rains, thanks!

   I've had really good luck with One Shot,then using a heat gun lightly to "bake" it.
   Scrub the emblem really well,dry it thoroughly and wail away on it.
