Yes it is. It's a single cylinder engine with a flywheel magneto ignition, so it fires once every revolution of the crankshaft. Your Ford flathead will not do that, because the distributor is driven by the camshaft and turns at half the speed of the crankshaft.
Yes, I was going to say that too. Fantastic video. Also, it's interesting how quickly the flame is sent out the exhaust. It almost looks like the exhaust valve is opening early. I would have expected the stroke to push it out more. It looks like the tail end of the explosion is shooting out as the valve opens. Normal? Or is power being lost?
