I'm building a 34' Ford Tudor and am utilizing a 53' Dodge hemi for power. I've searched quite a bit but still have yet to see what color the motor would of been from the factory. Would anyone here know? Thanks in advance.

I believe they, like most mopar engines of the period, were silver overall. I believe the embossed 'Red Ram' lettering on the valve covers was done in red. Air cleaner, distributor, spark plug covers, generator and starter were black. I have a couple of '53 241's in storage and can see if my memory is correct if you need verification.
