Is there enough there to tell what this thing is? Sure is cool looking.

It looks a lot like a Ford C cab also sometimes called a pie wagon.

 

Yep, looks like a 37 Ford.

 

If the rear is separate from the cab area I think it is an ICE truck,,

 

FORD? really? OK. Looks too big for a "Pie Wagon" and the wheels? could it be a Military truck?

Not a military truck. It looks like a standard '37 Ford 1.5 ton chassis...

Looks like 37 fenders and but maybe a 37 or 38 cab front???
