Customs What are these off? Hood Scoops 60's

    Pulled these off a 1962 buick Wildcat Look to be Aftermarket- no marking for CAL CUSTOMS
    any ideas.

    Looks like 64 GTO hood scoops to me.

    Those are part of the steel hood and only the front of the scoop can be removed.

    shoe the under side. Are the scoop bodies stamped, or look hoembuilt? Didn't the GS scoops fit into the hood?
     
  8. If I remember correctly, and I am usually wrong, but I think the 66-7 GS skylark had this type, and the 68-72 were molded into the hood.

    Last Saturday I was at my friends house that has both cars..I didn't pay attention.

    I would guess Riveria GS or other fullsize. Something made in low production that wouldn't justify special hood tooling, but needed scoops like the skylark GS

    you may be right , can`t tell if they are part of the hood or bolted on , this is a `67 gs 400

    there for sure not 1966 Cutlass GS
    here are some pictures on the they came on. may be from a 1967
