What are these horns?

These trumpet horns came from my home place. I'm 66 and they were Granddads.
They're sort of metallic green, the label is hard to read but what I can read says "Quality automotive equipment manufactured since 1910
    E.A. Laboratories Brooklyn N.Y. USA"
About 20" long. Center part I assume a relay has three terminals stamped H, B, and HB. I assume the cloth covered wire leads go to H, B to battery (I assume 6 volt), HB is horn button.
Granddad had Packard cars, but I don't think there's any connection.
    Thanks![IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]
