Needed a car fix today so off to the monthly coffee run at Victoria Point. Wasn't expecting anything really big as the weather was a bit lousy and the sooks stay home. Took the Riviera as it hadn't been out for awhile. So only about 20 cars total including non HAMB. probably the worst turnout. Oh well. Still here are a few pictures.
Back at home and still checking out what is on and found the Independence Day Run at Lakeside Racing Track. This usually gets good support with a lot of late model stuff as well. You can go out on the track also for a few laps. Once again the rain kept the crowds away from this event also. Fired up the Hudson for this one as it hadn't been out for several weeks.
I suppose that is a local colloquialism, I looked up the definition and came up with a female crab, obviously it means something different to Aussies, hopefully the OP will fill us in. HRP
Sooks = Sookies =softies. Great pics thanks for sharing. I think that the wheel police need to visit with some Aussie rodders though , just because the wheels are out there doesn’t mean that they suit your car.
I am usually careful about wheels but a couple did slip through. When there were so few cars to photograph even the "wheel suspects" got included.
Some very cool rhd cars there! Was the packard convert a factory deal or converted? Keep forgetting your seasons are opposite ours...Thanks for the pics
Thanks....really nice variety of vehicles down there.....thanks for posting - nice cars you mates have .!
