Website seems to be timing me out

Hey Ryan, me again. I am still having MUCH touble with the website. Regardless of how many times I have checked the "remember me" box, it never has and I have to type ID and Password each time I sign in. MANY times the square stating that I am not authorized to perform the function I am attempting although at that very instant I can scroll upand find that I am still signed in. What can be done? This is taking something that should be a joy and turning it into merely another stress inducer
