Customs Was the first version of the X-Sonic restyled by Barris Kustoms?

    While doing a little research about the X-Sonic for my website Kustomrama (Click here to check out the story) I stumbled across a newly written story on the car on a website called Speedhunters (Click here to check out that story), in that story there is a bad scan of a feature on the first version of the X-Sonic written by Darryl Starbird. In that story Darryl says that this version of the car was restyled by Barris Kustoms. I have never seen anywhere else that this version was restyled by Barris. Does anyone know if this is true?

    seems like barris claims he redid air force one even...

    idk, but wouldnt doubt he said he did at some point..

    in my top 5 cars of all time for numerous reasons...

    Yeah, but you can't always trust those old magazines, they are full of wrong info :)

    But what I thought was that if Barris had something to do with the first car using hydraulics I guess he would have mentioned it a couple of times :)
