Waiting on parts.

Who do I contact about not receiving parts I paid for ??

Not calling anyone out but I paid on November 13th and have not had my PM or email returned.

PM'd seller Friday and no return, seller was on Saturday around noon and I see today they were on Saturday around 6:53 also.

I emailed Saturday and no reply yet.

If the seller has a problem or something I apologize.

Being an alliance member helps, I tell people I sell/buy to if they are not alliance members then I only do paypal transactions, that way I just whine to paypal and I get my money back. Sorry, I hope you didnt get burned - maybe the seller had some kind of emergency.

I have contacted paypal and opened a dispute.
