"You expect me to pack all this @#$! in the trunk?"
Looks like a Sunday morning May long weekend pic.
Had one of them new, a 64, way too radical of an engine for the street, constantly setting the valves and it would load up and die if it idled for more than a few minutes.
I remember that fad well, quickest way to get a car to sit on a rake, also the quickest way to ruin a set of springs, they would get like the one pictured in a couple of weeks.
Rolls Royce Tractor ?

Too radical for the street? Seriously? Obviously you are not a gearhead. You enjoy cars, but don't seem to want to worry about the mechanics of a hipo. motor.
Deep chrome wheels and reversed shackles. Shackles look like they could be longer than stock.
Sneaking into drive-in?
Look like he beez smoking refer in the trunk
Check that out. A hood in a trunk...
Catch the guy who stole the Continental wheel cover....
Turn the car around Grandpa, we need to go back and pick up Sally again
"Oh oh, we're gonna need another Sally!"
[/QUOTE]Nope. It's a 1928 Buick.
Geez, how many times does she need to fall out before she learns?
I know how he feels...This would be for a 2 day trip traveling with my wife. It's why we have a crew cab pickup with a long bed.
Nonsense. We had a red 365/327 4spd Corvette and it was great. You probably never owned a solid lifter car before. It drove fine on the road and in traffic. At one point, my wife was driving it to work daily since I had a company car. If yours wasn't right, you must have been using a shop that didn't know what they were doing.
Bet my Cushman was faster than yours!!
