    This is a shot of the brick factory in Veedersburg, Ind. that produced all of the bricks for the Indy 500 track when they replaced the board track with bricks. I lived in this little town when I started school in 1958.

  14. As someone alluded to in a previous post, Times Beach, MO was bought out by the gov't in the 80's and all the people were relocated. See:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Times_Beach,_Missouri.

    The short version is that dioxin laden waste oil was sprayed on the city streets to help hold down the dust. Think Agent Orange. It was odd that the gov't buyout occurred while the same gov't was still denying Vietnam veteran problems due to the same stuff. The area is now a park with tons of stuff buried under it.
