Looks like an L29 Cord by the grille shell and cowl vents top and side.

This is cool! Not going to get out of tradition here, so just a quick comment. There's a crankless engine right now being tested that has 5 cly's (pistons and rods) that couple to a wobble disc like that of in this picture. Just goes to show nothing is new.
