Downtown Wells, Nevada
The historic downtown core of Wells, Nevada. Most of these buildings were badly damaged during an earthquake on February 21, 2008.
It's a very interesting story behind the reason why Trolley Car companies went out of business over the years.
It turns out that bus companies simply bought many of the old trolley car companies and put them out of business so as not to have competition for their bus companies.
This happened across the country back in the day.
I believe their was a PBS Special on that talked about their demise.
