  16. Cripes;this thread moves like a 392 on nitro...not that it's a bad thing.

OK;found this in an abandoned building in a bad part of Flint,MI. Looks like a Twenties-era pic, going by the style of dress. It's the factory(which I hope is visible) that intrigues me. I've seen another pic(here, perhaps?) of the Buick factory, taken from a "worker's camp" of sorts, and there was a suspended foot bridge spanning a river from the "camp" to the factory. This pic looks somewhat similar.

The detail in the Vancouver pics is fantastic. The Bear wheel alignment pic is fascinating.

Aylmer, Quebec, Fire Dept around the early 1900's and then the same building in about 1964. My Dad, the Chief, is at the far right in the newer picture

Mazooma posted this over two years ago - HMS Vanguard, but I thought it deserved another look. The scale of this vessel is just huge when you at the width of the houses on the suburban streets, it was just fackin crazy. This pic is just a tiny sample of the massive number of pix on this thread and the almost 15 million page views its got - thanks again for sharing its awesome stuff.
