Now I am seeing Corvairs in my sleep! After a while, it starts to get crazy I understand some people love them but they were never that popular back in those years anyway and I think that why they stopped making them. Jimbo
Roger Ward was a world War II veteran , I believe he flew a P-38. Roger also won the 1959, and 1962 Indianapolis 500 !
They stopped making them due to the negative BS of Ralph Nader. If they were not popular, that was the sole reason. I had a '61 Monza 4spd coupe for a few months in 1962. It was ok but not as much fun as I thought it might me. I didn't hate it. The redesigned ones in the mid-60's were very nice looking and had corrected Nader's complaints but the damage has already been done.

The good thing about revolvers is that you can "Limp Wrist" them and they still work. But in this case I think she is about to receive and nice knot on her forehead.
I agree. Looks European. I even like the 4-door quite a bit. My brother had a 65 turbo. That thing was a little monster.
