Wondered about that myself, but you can see steering wheel thru windshield on standard left side, so it’s clearly a LH drive which wouldn’t make it likely to move tank fill from left side.
Hey flopper & HJ Notice the plate. It says Istanbul. In general, European cars for some reason have fill doors on the right side up until today. Might have been the law in Turkey

The color of this Route 66 '62 Corvette is Fawn Beige available on Corvettes in 1961-2. It is not Harvest Gold, not even close. Harvest Gold a bight yellow, was a 1955 Chevrolet color available on Corvette and Chev passenger cars. There was also an Autumn Gold in '62 available on Chev passenger cars that was very similar to Fawn Beige. It was some sort of Chevrolet anniversary color.
