One of those shows was coming to our local fairgrounds when I was maybe 13yrs old. I worked all weekend picking carrots the week before to make enough money to go see them. I rode my bicycle out of town to the fields to work. It was cancelled because of rain. I never did get to see one of those shows...I've been disappointed ever since. I even rode my bike to the fairgrounds in a drizzle hoping the show would go on.
