Springfield, Pa ......1949, at High school, I think it is a 1946 Buick.

Yes, designed by Leo Goossen and assembled by Willy Utzman it never ran Indy. When started with the auxiliary starter the nose snapped off the crank. I don’t think it ever made another attempt in a race.
I have a ‘50’s Motor Trend with it featured on the cover but there was no article on the engine.
