Vintage plates prices?

How much should I expect to pay for 1930 Texas plates these days?

 

I paid $325 for the set I put on my dad's '30 Cadillac. They are perfect though.
Ryan also got a set for his coupe, but I believe they were a gift.

The problem with the '30s is they even say "Front" and "Rear" I've found tons of "Front" singles, and have thought about making a set from a cannabalized rear or something.

Additionally what sucks. Is you have to have both plates to register, but you are only required to run the "Rear"

 

Can you guys get personalized plates ? If so , get a set with a number that matches a clear single for the back and there you go .
