••••SOLD•••• Restored vintage car heater. This is an old accessory heater that was an add-on when a car was purchased new without a heater. Typically in the late 30's and well into the forties. The functionality is quite simple but remarkably efficient. In a small space such as the cabin of a car, it doesn't take much to get the car toasty. With winter right around the corner what better time than to drill three holes in the firewall and add two heater hoses and a directional valve and you'll have heat. You will need to source a heater switch which I see for $40. I painted this to match what I see as an original texture, and the picture does not do the result any real justice. My buddies who I have made them for here in my area think of them as a jewelry piece. They are charming and very simple to hook up and operate. You pay postage.
