Event Coverage Vince Norton 200 MPH Club Hot Rod Party Pics!!!

This past week at Speedweek our good friend Vince Norton got into the 200 mph club. He set the XXO/BFMR record at 202.129 MPH with The Hard Way roadster. Another good friend Dave threw him a awesome party when he got home. After 10 years and multiple engine configurations Vince finally got his red hat. Vince definitely deserves this. I have know him my whole life. I look up to him like I do my dad. I am glad I can call him my friend. He is an awesome guy that does incredible work.

I saw them back in the tech line after their run, I asked them if they made it..........they did! Good for them, their helluva nice guys and have a cool ride!

I met Vince this past weekend after his record run. I asked him a ton of questions about his car and he went way out of his way to answer and explain all of them. Vince is a talanted fabricator and a hell of a nice guy!

 

I know vince has talked about the hamb before. I don't think he is registered though.

 

That's the way Vince always is, One of the coolest guys out there. I've been to bonneville 4 times and have only got to stay with vince the whole week once, it was an absolute blast. I hope to do it again next year.
