History Video: Hot Rods of the 1950s

I found these on YouTube while looking for something else. The first one has some nice coverage of the 1959 Nationals in Detroit. The second is 50s car club / safety / hot rodding propaganda, but shows a bunch of cool old cars.

 

Thanks for the posts. I was at the 59 Nationals at Detroit Dragway. Remember it well. To bad it's no longer there. Great memories. Especially the Arfons "Green Monster".
