Go 2 inches on the top, stay sneaky, The people that know , will know, the others will just think how nice the car looks. Think Valley Custom when you're do'in the mods and you will be in the ball park. Organic maroon ,'55 pontiac trim down the side, wide whites,'62 Buick Electra hubcaps. Just a thought, Indy

Green would be a great color for this car. Maybe a cream color on top. I kid. Car looks fantastic, thanks for all the updates along the way. Looking forward to all that juicy chrome going on.

  14. Nice! All he had to do was go in at least a few pages to see what was going on.

You know Mark, once its home you won't have any excuses not to post multiple times a day with updates. We will not tolerate you going to work, sleep, or the bathroom until all the shiney is bolted back on! :D

This may be my favorite shoebox Ford of all time. There's just nothing not to like about it. I like the colors that were chosen, but this thing is so well thought out and so tastefully done (and not overdone), that just about any solid color or color combination could have been chosen. It also could easily have worked with satin or shiny paint. In fact, my favorite part of this thread was the section where different color combinations were photo shopped in for consideration. Some looked better than others to my eye, but that's totally subjective anyway. The point is, that all the combinations worked well, and that's because the car is so nicely done to begin with. Congratulations on a beautiful build.

I just keep looking here and waiting for somebody to photo shop the colors on one of the earlier pictures just to tease us wit a a glimpse at the final product. Skip says one more sleep, does that mean he won't sleep til its all assembled? I swear we are like a bunch of little kids the week before Christmas.

  23. This has been like meeting a woman and finding myself attracted to her. Then all I want to do is see her naked. Well I had to wait a long time, but man o man! Real tits, nice ass, lovely skin tone, nice feet, perfect eyes and now there is always waiting to go ride the shit out of her. I'd love to mount that thing and rip her wide open. That car is bound for the pages of a mag soon, guarantee it!!!! You done yourself and your wife proud sir. I really can't think of a single thing you should have done different. You da man!!!! Love it!!!!! Wish I wasn't 3000 miles away, I'd love to see it in person.
