"Vapor lock" on 1st opens

For several weeks I've been getting a freeze up on my phone, (android) when I 1st open. It doesn't happen elsewhere and I asked in the main to see who else (that was fun). Once the freeze up or "vapor lock" (we are old car folk) is gone it never happens again til the next visit. This has gone on for 10 days give or take. I brought this up thinking it was a site issue you'd want to be aware of (or maybe my 5 yr old phone can't run on regular gas any more). Thanks...
