I consider myself a very lucky person, but you my friend had "Lucky the Leprechaun" from the Cereal "Lucky Charms"smiling upon you in order to find that pot at the end of the rainbow. I'd love to have a 40 Coupe, but time will tell…..Congrats!!!!!!!! ;).

Wow, that is a awesome find. 2 years ago in September I purchased 4 1940 Fords in one barn along with all contents. My find was nowhere near as nice as yours. Here is a link to my find listed on the fordbarn, http://www.fordbarn.com/forum/showthread.php?t=150167
I will be watching for your listings.

WOW! '40's are some of my favorite cars. My '40 Std Tudor had 49 Plymouth bumpers like that coupe when Dad scored it in early 1965. Ended up putting new '40 bumpers on it a bunch of years ago when I re-did the car.

Really love your incredible find! Thanks for sharing.

  12. Good for you! I recently was invited to a guys house that I met when he bought a couple of tires from me. Anyway said he wanted to sell a 32 five window. So I show up and thought I was in an episode of Pickers. Just stuff and cars everywhere. One barn after another. Panel deliveries, yes more than one. Anyway I looked at the 32 and even though it was a street rod from the 80's it had a nice chopped steel body I would have loved to have. When I asked what do you want for it, he could not tell me. I asked and asked also about other stuff before I realized this guy can't sell anything. Yes he has a problem Not buying but selling. So long story short I came home with nothing but pictures in my head. This guy was probably my age (no young) but could not let anything go. I left the door open but do not except to hear from him. Glad you made out with a nice load!

I guess I don't know how to PM someone- I tried to start a conversation with you but have got no response. Take a look at your conversations- I would like some info on what you have and your prices.

It's always a concern to see cars on a trailer with the heavy end at the back. It makes a trailer dangerously unstable. Very cool cars. Hope they made it home OK.
