Hot Rods Trying to identify these wheels

Picked these up several years ago from a friend. They are 14x7 4 lug Falcon/mustang..dont know if the cap is original but it says Dan Gurney wheels.......only marking is Gardena Calif. Cast in the back......trying to identify as I want 2 more to go on my 64 Falcon.....I like the style ......the slots have a different shape than the typical I have seen.

Looks like the old US Indy mag wheel. HRP

 

It would be cool if you could get those Dan Gurney decals reproduced.
