History Trying to Find the Year of this Old Wheel

I found this old wheel out behind a barn of my buddy's and brought it home and blasted and painted it. now to find out the year. I'm guessing 1935 or 36 Ford but I'm not sure. Found the hubcap inside the barn and it fit so I picked it up also. The hubcap may not match the year of the wheel but it fit it. Wheel measure between 18"-19" tall & almost 3 1/2" wide. Thanks in advance for any help guys.

 

19 o.d would be a 18 in.wheel or 1932...18 o.d. would be a 17 in. and would be a 33-34 Ford

 

Looks like a 33 hup cap. HRP
