What have you guys used for the hump in your trunk when running a model a crossmember? I was thinking of getting a repop model a floor hump, but just wondered what some of you have done? Fabbing one is not out of the question, I remember seeing an older post on here where a guy started with a trailer fender and just filled in the gaps...pix would be a plus!
Its the winters v-8, I'm using an "A" crossmember. Getting ready to cut the trunk this week to put the body on for the first time.
i made one to clear the Model A crossmember in a `32 5-window out of 18 gauge. just cut , bend and weld
