Totally rebuilt 39 Ford Transmission

This is a totally rebuilt 39 Ford style transmission . It was built using all the most desirable components available for an Early Ford traditional "Hot Rod " Transmission.We started with a Late "Belly Band" case that is crack free and has perfect thrust surfaces. Gears are all OEM with little or no sign of wear ( 28 tooth cluster).Late synchro,rebuilt, and NOS blocker rings.All new bearings,either NOS or quality replacements from Van Pelts. Internal components chemically and mechanically cleaned and fitted to Ford Spec.All new seals and gaskets. Rebuilt 81a double detent shift tower with the desirable 91a 3 inch shift fork and a true 39 Ford "Swan " shifter.Clutch shaft is new as are the bushings. This trans is fitted with the stock bearing retainer/mount but i can replace that with whatever mount is needed for your application.32-34 mounts will have an upcharge .
