torque thrust lug nuts

    I have a set of early torque thrust wheels to put on my 63 nova,Im nut sure what style lug nut to run shank style or closed acorn style.
    thanks in advance for any ideas

    The modern ones use a bulge seat lug nut but I think the early ones might use the mag style with the shank that goes into the wheel. Easiest way to tell, if the mag style will fit through the hole that's what you need you can't have the wheel loose on the lugs.

    what brand....? i had some d's from the mid 90's that were shank style , some from the later 90's that were acorn style ...et's that took a acorn with a small shank ....post a pic if possible......

    mine are american racing torque thrust, I would late seventies era,just guessing
