Todays A RUF day

Have you ever had one of those days?
Today my grandson drops off his car and says "it's making a funny noise"
Grinding in the front. Oh yeah it is!!!!
The steering knuckle is red hot and smoking.
So off to the bone yard, pick up the knuckle go to mount it an the front spring is broken and the strut is leaking and the other side rotor is fried.
So off to the parts store.Brake job
After replacing all the parts and adding a quart of oil as I'm letting it down I notice that the muffler is hanging funny, off to the parts store
,new muffler and a few hangers later DONE!!!
Good thing I'm a good grandpa or the poor kid would be broke. As it is I'm bone tired and out of beer.
Who said that retirement was easy?
Well tomorrow I get back to the 49 Ford and my own work.
Hey look who showed up with some beer GRANDSON!!!
Works all day then slips out and gets the old man a beer.

You're to easy, the beer is interest on the money you loaned him for the parts you picked up. If he doesn't have any cash, you must need some color sanding done don't you? The "payments" will be knowledge that he will carry for a life time!
