Hello everyone, I am coming to the point where I need to think about what tires I am going to put on my 49 Chevy Styleline Deluxe. I know I am going to run a 15" wheel and I want whitewall tires. Does anyone have any advice on what size tire to use and brand? Thanks!

    Firestone's 6.70x15 would be a good choice if you're going to run a bias-ply...

A good friend just put Diamonback white wall radials on his '55 Nomad and loves them. They look like bias plus but handle and ride much better.

  5. This is what I would run, but then, I'm "biased"!

Go for BF Goodrich silver town radials. 215/70r15 or a 225 if you need wider.
