Technical tips on taking a body off the frame

    I just used my engine lift, welded a bracket together from 1/8" plate and 1" x 1" tubing to fit over the end of the lift. Some ratchet straps to the lift to keep it from flopping .

    And remember to disconnect the parking/emergency brake cable. Seems like that's the one thing that most often gets forgotten.

    I know not everyone has a place or the money for a lift. The last 4 off frame jobs I done I used it. This pic is putting the body back on the frame of my current project. IMG_20211231_135618585.jpg
