Man thats a beauty! Love that dash with the merc gauges!

  8. Thanks guys I appreciate the comments coming from my peers. The colour is 1950 Buick Royal Maroon, the centers on the caps are a Kustom made replica of the lincoln door buttons. The bumpers are 35 Plymouth and the dash is original with a 39 Mercury cluster grafted in. I am running a full house flathead 4 speed and a nine inch on bags on all four corners. It runs and drives beautifully and handles great. I hate 3rd brake lights but the one I have folds down and away when parked. It's better than having a honda up my butt I suppose. It's kinda like the roadster just different. The side grills on the hood are 36 Olds, just like the roadster. Tough pieces to find. Thanks again guys, your feedback makes it all worth while in the end. TBJ

I'm impressed you found another set of 39 Hudson taillights! My favorite.

Congrats. I'd give it the "Ivory" award - 99 and 44/100% pure. Gary

  17. I do have the paint code on the can. It is 1950 Buick Royal Maroon according to the paint library I looked at, courtesy of Jeff Norwell

  19. Yeah they were extras I had for the roadster but I decided to use them on this one.

completely awesome. cant imagine anything else you could have done to make it cooler. stunning car. great job.

  21. I thought about skirts and still might do it but I am concerned about the belly button thing, if you know what I mean....Either way the car can work with or with out them. I like it without for a fresh look.

  22. Thyanks man, well appreciated

  23. Thye centre caps are handmade aluminum inserts to replicate the door buttons from a 47 Lincoln..
