It's that horizontal coil, all the electrons are pouring into the plugs too fast...

 

Funny that you mention that coil. We suspect it may be at fault despite being almost new.

AAA are bringing it to my house right now from where it was and we should have a solution for the issues pretty quick.

its got valve covers..........

 

some high voltage coils need to be mounted vertical because they're oil cooled
