Long time lurker, first time poster. My name is Karl, and I'm Kristy's other half, (aka. 52Chief). I am the muscle behind her car. She tells me what she wants done, and I try my damndest to make it happen. Im good at the mechanical side of things, and I'm learning the body work side of it as I go along. I've filled all the body holes on the car, but Bondo and I do NOT get along! For those of you who don't know, our car is a 52 Pontiac, 2 door, straight eight with the "dual speed" hydromatic. I've taken most of the trim off and filled in the holes, as well as lowered it and shaved the door handles. My plans for myself are to build a bike, (I really like Flyrites), and build up an older Peterbilt to haul around my wifes horse (and all the projects I can drag home). My future plans are to build a pick-up (late 30's to early 40's). Chopped, dropped, streched frame to house the straight eight (when I replace it in her car with something more powerful). I guess that's it. I can post some pics of Kristy's car, but I'm sure you've seen it. This is a concept drawing Flatlandman did for me when I told him about my pick-up plans.

well i am a fan of dead bolt, but i actually drive a truck for a livin. i had a hand in building one pete already but i quit working there so shes gone. i want to build a 52 pete 2 axle lowered choped the whole 9 yards.money money money!!!! laidoutford,it is alright. is this robby?
