That car is just so damn right that it's been on my mind since you posted this. Now,back to my coupe fantasy
Casual. I like that, a fitting description. Don't wanna be a buzzkill but I'd do something with the top too. My idea would be cheap and hold the casual nature as well. Get some "long/short" top material (the satin finish, not the shiny shit) and stretch it over the top with a little glue and some wireon or hidem on the front and back. Better yet, a satin black metal molding sealed and screwed down would rock it too. Love this little bitch and the interior fits it just right. Huzzah!
Spray paint over chrome?! Most sane people would just replace it with one that's not been chromed in the first place Or, you know, leave it alone...
I respect the opinion of a guy like Dean Lowe. I think I'll keep my old show-chrome though. Sent from my iPhone using H.A.M.B.
My son drove the coupe back to his place in Kansas. He's been driving it the last few days, and reports that it actually is a chick magnet. Sent from my iPhone using H.A.M.B.
Love the motor! Love the interior! Love the stance! I guess I love the car! Splash apron would look cool louvered and painted. something like this one on a Model A I built in the 70's JMO
