    Ok guys and gals,
I'm finally gettin ready to start stripping the body on my Galaxie. (already done the hood, doors, trunk, and fenders)
Anyway, I was wondering how you are suppose store the windshield?
on its edge, or laying flat?
This all depends on if I can even get it out without it cracking. lol
    Thanks again,
    later,
    Ken

I usually smash mine into little pieces and then i store it in a small bag

  4. I have had my front and back windows out of my car for some time now. I made a rack out of some pvc and 90 amd 45 degree corner pieces. They sit in the garage untouched and unbroken for now. I have maybe $10 into it since i had the red hot already at home. Red hot is the glue you can by at the big box store for home repairs of your choice

On its edge, look at the way glass companies store and transport glass.

So now that you've showed us all your human, throw away your Superman badge !
