That it is, but I hope this helps give you a little better idea of how it would look in green.
I like the light blue in a metallic.
Thanks!!! Exactly what I was looking for.
^ thats looks nice^ Too many black ones nowadays.
My '53 is in need of a redo. The interior is B/W same as the car an in good shape. I'm tired of the car being call an "Old Police Car". Can someone help me come up with a new color or colors for her. I don't plan on changing anything but the color, add hubcaps, lose the spots and maybe the continenal kit, an the guy in the front seat asleep. Thanks in advance guys an gals, Michael
how about maybe a white top or silver top a few different colors thanks
Just goofing around. No help at all with the colour - sorry.
Waldo is behind the gate. I about died laughing when I found her.
Thanks man you did an awesome job on my car. Does someone want to make it white with green scallops now? Hope im not asking too much.
thanks in advance
Hee hee- Couldn't help myself.
can someone give me some grill ideas? maybe something similar to a merc or anything u think will look good. preferably following the point that it has. i could get a different angle if u want
Skoh! I just spit 7-up on my shirt! Too good!
EDIT: my wife asked me what I was laughing about, so I told her...she says to me, "You guys should name that cat Pixel"...
Pixel is a great name. Skoh, did you ever ask the owner of the cat if it's OK to be using his cat's image? I'll shoot him a PM if you haven't asked yet.
It's just too dang hilarious when that cat shows up.
No, I haven't. I guess I shoulda since I'm the one who brought it up- oops. It was a last minute idea and I had a couple of Coors in me :0
kinda hard to see but think someone could to a few inches of drop to that and a blue color like the second picture? if so thanks..
if you need one i can get a better picture.
Can someone fill this noob in on the cat?
I'll PM him. No problemo.
Hey, Super442s. Back on page 53 of this thread, Hooligan63 posted a pic of his car and his cat just happened to get in the shot. He asked in the next post for the cat to be photoshopped out of the pic. There is a bit of discussion of said cat in other posts. Then, on page 55, ClayMart added the cat to one of his Photoshops. Thus starting the legend of the fuzzy gray cat. It's a she by the way. Maybe you had to be there....
Here you go wadell_1. Do you have bags on there?
You're gonna need a much better picture. Something taken in the daytime, a picture that dark won't show anything.
I actually put the cat in that pic too- you just can't see it.
Thanks SD, I appreciate it.
the cat made me crack up would u mind doing maybe a white top or a silver top thanks
Hey thanks SDhotrod the car looks killer. Yes it is bagged front and back. I will keep you updated when the car gets some paint on it.
ok well nevermind because looking through all my pictures... the ones in the day time that you can see.. dont have fenders on it..
LOL Too funny - I figured it had to be something along those lines. For quite a few years now as a running joke with some of my friends, I've been chopping this orange kitty into different pictures, situations, etc. Gotta love the kitties!
Hello! I have absolutely no clue what to paint my car once i get to that point, Ive always liked oxidiced red for a lot of cars and trucks but i just dont think it will suit this one well. Can anyone please photoshop some options for me of what you think would look best? I would really appreciate it, Thanks!
James D, I thank you for the mean green flake on "Lucille" my LaSalle.
If you would, please, show her in a two-tone of your choice. Either high & low or body & fenders. I love the WWW & stock caps.
I can make white walls if you wont
Thanks a lot for the variations! I liked the light blue with white top. Now im rethinking what kind of hub caps to run and wether to put white walls or not....Again, thanks! this helps me visualize my options better!
Thought I'd take a swing at this pick-up. Since there aren't any long horizontal lines on this thing I wondered if I could get away with running the scallops at an angle. And I figured that I might just as well jump in with both feet and mess with the colors too.
In general I think it's OK, but the layout of the scallops might stand a little fine tuning. And with the duck mascot, instead of being a pick up, maybe it's a Quack Up!
