  4. This is my dad at 81 years old. He had just completed 15 hot laps in the V8-60 Kurtis midget he raced in 1947, 48. It's been 20 years since dad passed. He's gone, but the midget he built in late '46 is still alive and well in the Justice Brothers Museum, exactly as it was built. It is truly a survivor of time.

  7. Passage of time the 3 stages of your life. 1) brag about what good piece you got last night, 2) brag about what a good dinner you had last night, 3) bragg about what a good CRAP you took, and finally out of the planet you go. Check your bragging index and you'll know where you are.

The two layers of black paint is mostly gone on this old T roadster. The signage remains (even better on the other side) and there's only one small rust hole.

  16. A '40 Ford with 48,000 miles is now 80 years old and it averaged 600 miles a year. I've owned my '40 Chevy 41 years and have put right around 180,000 miles on it - average just over 4,300 a year. Have redone it completely twice. Puts some perspective between the two cars.

  25. No I do not. Last time I saw a picture of it they put chrome wires on it and it did not look good IMO.
Only automatic car I ever built. It was a great car that you could drive cross country without an issue.

DAGO, don't paint that baby she is PERFECT just the way she is. Your roadster is what a HOT ROD looks like. Keep the faith down under. Dennis.
