One Shot is what I use.

A couple more.
this is the first door ive done, for my uncles shop
Fantastic thread and I am sure inspiration to many of us.
Here's one I just did....all One Shot with a Brush..........We were going to age it, but the old truck was so nice to have been painted 25-30 years ago, I couldn't age it....told him we could always come back and do it later.
Good work on the oval format , did you cut in the fuel systems lettering ?
Yes I cut it in....it's easier than lettering it in later for me...getting old....I did cut a vinyl paint mask oval for the outside oval layout
Old one of mine, 37 dodge done by Flammin Freddy from Athens Tennessee
This is my old '62 Holden ute, I think it fits in with the theme of this thread. The nose art and pinstriping were painted by Sydney based artist Neo Dutch. My great uncle was a ground crew member of 22nd Squadron in WWII, and She's Apples was the name of one of their bombers. In Aussie slang, she's apples is like saying 'she'll be right mate, it's all good'.
"Gud On You" hewy!
Neo Dutch is a heck of a metal engraver!!
temporary paint on the dodge
Love it, What are your real plans?
not sure, the reaction at the show was great, and many said I should keep it like this because it was so different. the original plan was a proper shiny paint job if and when money allows. so that will be a good while for sure !!!!
