im not sure, im not the owner right now. i noticed that they are leaned inward significantly... kinda like how the lowrider gang likes to extend their a-arms too much and that happens. i am thinking about buying a 66 c10 i have found and just doing what he has done to it. i really like the color though. lol

Hey, the yellow 63 big-window was originally mine.
I saved it from the crusher as just a bare cab and rolling chassis,
and had to get all the sheetmetal, and glass together among other things.
I had it almost finished, and got layed-off
so i sold it to my niegbor, and he ripped it all back apart,
and sold off the caddy disk rearend, and all the cool stuff.
We went to a cruise and met the owner of
IFCustoms who was looking for this year truck to represent
their company, he bought it and went through the entire thing with serious body mods and it's been on the cross-country Mississippi cruise, and
showed at the SEMA Vegas Show. I miss that truck.:(

It's under Chris's 63, and theres also like you Eryk some pretty impresive
work on this site, including..... Fonzi's dual turbo reworked Merc.

Rendering that I did along time ago... I was looking for an el' cheepo 60-66 when I found my 69... and now I'm spending as much to get my 69 running as I would have spent on an OK earlier model truck. Oh, well.

I really like the leading edge on the hoods of the GMCs--the marker lights are slightly different, and the openings are angled on the ends, while the Chevy's are more squared off.
The difference is subtle...there aren't any really good head-on shots of a GMC hood here to illustrate, but there are some front 3/4 shots that let you get an idea. I never noticed it until I saw one in person this week.

That truck is perfect! Slam it and drive. I'd love to have that body style again.
