Absolutely awesome! Mind if I clone it? The stance is perfect! Are there more progress pictures of how you did it? Yah hey, nice yard, too! .
I don't mind if you clone it. I'm building another one right now. This one will have a lil more leg room for me. I have a bunch of pics of when I started to build Ponchos. I got a bunch of close up shots of all the suspension and steering. I Z'd the frame in the back 12",I think I Z'd the front 2" and V'd it up hill an inch or two also. Heres a few pics,if you want more I can email em or put em on here later. Can't wait to cruise in it Poncho. Looks good in the sunlight again.....Shiny
Hey, '29, is this the RPU body that used a section from a Toyoda mini-van floor for the back panel? I'm wanting to make a streched cab by using tudor sedan doors. How long are the doors on your modified, front to back? That's a cool little ride, and talk about some low center of gravity. That six would look nasty with some headers. Kinky6
Poncho did the rear panel,I don't know what he used. I'm gonna use the front panel out of a pickup box. The doors are tudor sedan doors,I can measure mine tomorrow.....Shiny
Damn, lookin good there poncho. Like the clean front end. Congrats on the commissioning, wish mine went that well!
Awsome Ride!!!! I always feel like a day late and a doller short. Not identicle but it is on the same lines.
Very cool RPU. Would you mind posting a list of the parts used for the suspension? Rearend? Front beam? etc. I want to build one of these someday, but I still am unsure as to what parts will work with what (especially the front straight axles and brakes).
KINKY6..the doors are 2foot 5inches long..with about 7 inches of "cabcorner"... its kinda tight for me in there,,i moved in the "inner" of the door to give myself a place to put my leg on the left side..
