Grille shell made from two 1953 Studebaker splash pans, (very popular, when still factory available).
Those Stude pans are now available in fiberglass, but if one wanted steel, it'd have to be used (or NOS if you're lucky enough to find 'em). I'm sure there are lots of people who would love it if someone would tool up steel repops!
