Great shots Dan and what a collection of beautiful hot rods. Bobby Owens told me he would be driving his award winning roadster and there it is. Hope you and your boy had a great time.

Good grief that was fun! Hands down the best car event I've ever attended. Thank you to everyone involved in putting on the show, you all did a great job. Here's a few of the pictures I took.

It looks like some amazing cars at that event.
Is there a qualifying or selection process to admit only high quality cars? Or is it open to any car?

 

When they open registration you submit a picture of your car and hope they like it. They do a good job of mixing up the ones they allow. Anyone stands a good chance, heck they let me in. Just register early. Watch their website, HotRodGarage Sand Springs OK.

They do pick the cars that are in the official show but the MASSIVE host hotel and down town gatherings for 2 or 3 nights are free for all. As well as the 100+ mile reliability run.

you’d be a fool not to make an effort to get to this one next year. I saw cars from almost all the lower 48 and a smile with every single one of them
