Great build, Im going almost the exact same direction on my build except I chopped mine 5" and my '32 frame is gonna be kicked up 3" in the front and a 5" kick up in the rear also running a 6x2 on my SBC, keep up the great work, awesome build, and what a find!

That car is going to be killer. I love 30-31 A's on 32 rails.

Great work so far. Whats the spec's on the rear rubber? Good proportion you picked there.

Looking real nice. I know the feeling about staring at the tape. Then looking at the saw. Then back at the car. Working up the nerve to dive in is sometimes harder than the work itself. You've done it now and it looks cool!!:D

Guys, I saw this car in person a few weeks ago. Pictures don't do the car justice, lots of nice metalwork and attention to detail.

ive been thinking about how the rain gutters in the trunk just dump into the inside of the car and decided to make some changes. [IMG] so i got some scrape metal and put it in the break [IMG] bent it up [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] got it to fit like i wanted and tacked it up [IMG] then made some end caps [IMG] made a cut up the side of the gutter [IMG] then made some pie cuts [IMG] [IMG] then welded it up [IMG] [IMG] then made a latch [IMG] [IMG] i think it will work a little better this way. i still have to put in some drain lines but ill wait till the floors in first.

The grill shell, I'm not too sure of, it looks a little bulky. The car is rad though... love it.

Nice progress. It looks like a hot rod for sure. I would try leaning that grill shell forward a couple of degrees and lowering it very slightly to see if it looks right to you then.
